Overall the place was nice, pool was huge, staff was great.
I liked that the rooms, we're clean, spacious and cozy
I don't like that I have to pass by the lobby to get to the 3rd floor swimming area dripping wet ( there should be a different pool area on the other tower) i bought some bread downstairs and since this is considered a 5 star hotel they could have placed the 6 pcs bread on a paper bag which has your hotel logo instead it looks like a trash brown bag :(

A vast hotel, good for a few nights as a stopover. About 30 mins from Manila Airport
It's a large hotel, 2 pools (one was closed). The courtesy bus to the local Festival Mall was handy. The staff are plentiful, friendly and fantastic. Special shout out to April and Apple who looked after us so well. Our room was always immaculately cleaned so thank you for that!!
Overall the hotel needs a refresh. It's also quite cluttered in the reception area and it was filled with lots of people dining during our stay which was a bit strange. There isn't much thought towards sustainability - small plastic bottles and wrapping on everything. The location is pretty meh - not a lot to do around there except for go to the mall. Also we travelled with our baby and so we reserved a suite, but the kitchenette is just a sink and a kettle which isn't much use. All in all it was fit for purpose and reasonably priced, but don't expect top quality.
